    Wir als DOXS RUHR Team haben einen Code of Conduct erarbeitet, der eine Orientierung für das gemeinsame wertschätzende Miteinander beim Festival bildet. Wir bemühen uns, auf individuelle Bedürfnisse einzugehen bzw. uns für strukturelle Barrieren des Festivals und der eigenen Arbeit zu sensibilisieren.

    Teile uns gerne mit, wenn du konkrete Wünsche bzw. Bedürfnisse hast, die wir in der Festivalplanung und den Abläufen vor Ort beachten können.

    THIS IS IMPORTANT TO US.

    We, as the DOXS RUHR team, developed a Code of Conduct that serves as a guideline for respectful and appreciative interaction during the festival. We strive to accommodate individual needs and to raise awareness of structural barriers within the festival and our own work.
    Please let us know if you have any specific requests or needs that we should consider during the festival planning and on-site procedures.

    EINWILLIGUNGSERKLÄRUNG ZU FOTO- UND VIDEOAUFNAHMEN

    Mit meiner Teilnahme erkläre ich mich damit einverstanden, dass DOXS RUHR / Freunde der Realität e.V., Große Beckstraße 25 44787 Bochum als verantwortliche Stelle nach den Regelungen der EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) und des Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes (BDSG) Foto-, Ton- und Videoaufnahmen von mir für die Veranstaltungskommunikation und Dokumentation anfertigen und verarbeiten.

    Ich bin damit einverstanden, dass DOXS RUHR die von meiner Person angefertigten Foto-, Ton- und Videoaufnahmen für ihre Presse- und Informationsarbeit einsetzen, beispielsweise in ihren Publikationen, auf ihren Websites und ihren Social-Media-Kanälen. Mir ist bekannt, dass dies auch eine Weitergabe der Foto- und Videoaufnahmen an Vertreter der Medien (Print- und Onlinemedien, Fernsehen, Hörfunk) und an die Partnerorganisationen/Dienstleister beinhalten kann.

    Meine Einwilligungserklärung kann ich jederzeit ohne Angabe von Gründen schriftlich oder per E- Mail an mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen. Dadurch wird die Rechtmäßigkeit einer bis zum Widerruf erfolgten Verarbeitung nicht beeinträchtigt. Wenn ich die Einwilligung widerrufe, werden Bildaufnahmen von mir nicht mehr für die Presse- und Informationsarbeit eingesetzt. Die Informationen zur Datenverarbeitung von doxs-ruhr.de habe ich zur Kenntnis genommen.

    Commitment to comply with the requirements of data protection law in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO)

    I have been informed that it is prohibited to process personal data without authorisation. Personal data may therefore only be processed if consent or a legal regulation permits the processing or if the processing of such data is mandatory. The principles of the DS-GVO for the processing of personal data are laid down in Art. 5 (1) DS-GVO and essentially include the following obligations:

    Personal data must be:

    1. processed lawfully and in a manner comprehensible to the data subject;

    2. collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a way incompatible with those purposes; and

    3. adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes of the processing ("data minimisation");

    4. accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date; every reasonable step must be taken to ensure that personal data which is inaccurate with regard to the purposes of their processing are erased or rectified immediately

    5. kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are collected and processed;

    6. processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or deterioration by means of appropriate technical and organisational measures ("integrity and confidentiality").

    A culpable breach of this obligation could result in claims for damages (under civil law). At the same time, it could also constitute a breach of contract obligations or special confidentiality obligations. The obligation continues to apply even after termination of the contract.
